Q1. Do you only make albums of weddings you have photographed yourself?

No, we design wedding albums for everyone. We would always encourage you to ask your photographer if they make albums first, but if you have all of the high resolution JPEG images available we can create an album for you. We also create albums for other photographers who outsource their album design to us.

Q2. What album companies do you design for?

At the moment we only design albums for Vision Art. We believe they produce the best value for money and we have all of their design specifications for an efficient turn around. In our experience Vision Art offer everything you could want in an album, but if you are looking for something very specific, please send us a message.

Q3. Do you design other types of albums apart from just weddings?

Yes definately. We create a range of different albums including family albums, portfolio albums, portrait albums and many more. If you have an idea, let us know!

Q4. How many images do I need to supply for an album design?

Every album is unique, but on average allowing for 2 to 4 images per spread is a good start. So, for a typical 20 spread album, we recommend approx. 40 to 80 images. Some spreads have many images, and some spreads have just one large image.

Q5. How do I convey my particular design style and preferences in my order? I have something in mind.

Each album is completely personalised, so one of the team will email you once an order is placed to arrange a video chat or phone call to discsuss your album preferences and get the design process underway.

Q6. Can I submit more images and have you pick the images for me?

Yes, we like that. If you supply more images than you need, it helps us find the perfect album layout for you. However, we recommend submitting no more than twice the number of images intended for the design.

Q7. How many revisions are allowed after I get the initial design?

After every order, our team will submit a first design draft. From there we allow 2 more revisions at no extra charge.

Q8. Do I get a discount if I order more than one album.

Yes you do. It is quite common to order parent albums, or duplicate albums. Please order the first album and during the design process, let us know you want a duplicate album and we can send you a custom invoice for the addition albums. You will receive a $200 discount off each consequtive album with the same design.

Q9. How long do I have to wait for the album to arrive?

Please allow 4 weeks to receieve your album after the final design has been approved. If you are in a rush please add that in the notes of your order and we will do our best to get it to you sooner.

Q10. How do I upload my images to you?

When you place your order we will send you an email with a link to upload your images to our server.

Q11. How do I pay for my album?

When you place your order we will work with you to finalise the type of album you want. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required before any design work takes place. Once you confirm the final design you will be sent a final invoice payable within 2 weeks. You can pay online via bank transfer or by credit with our online payment facility.

Q12. Why are these albums so pricey? I can get a way cheaper deal somewhere else.

Yes these albums are definately an investment. We believe you get what you pay for. Each album is custom designed and printed with the highest quality materials available. We stand by these albums and are proud of the incredible quality.
